I'm Ajin Baby — an AI Platform & Cloud Infrastructure Architect with 15+ years architecting cloud systems at scale. Today I work at a global aviation-SaaS platform, leading AI enablement for a 40-engineer organization and building agentic infrastructure — MCP servers, governed context graphs, policy-guarded AI-to-system bridges, and internal developer platforms — that let production cloud operate more autonomously and more safely.

Before becoming an architect, I was a 2x founder. I co-founded Veeble SoftTech and scaled it from a team of 3 to 20 and from $500 of initial capital to ~$500K ARR across 110+ countries. I also founded ExTravelMoney Technosol as CEO, building a fintech marketplace to digitize India's unorganized retail foreign-exchange market. Building and operating those businesses is what makes me architect cloud platforms the way I do — for leverage, for operators, and for the realities of running production at the edge of what the organization can support.

This site is where I write and build in public — opinions, reference architectures, and open-source tools for engineers working on AI-enabled cloud platforms, MCP and agentic systems, and reliability patterns for the next generation of infrastructure. The domain says cloudandsre because reliability is the discipline that holds this together — every AI-enabled platform still has to stay up, stay safe, and stay explainable.
